I am moving back to Reno from Washington state and I had no idea where to start. Cody walked me through every step of the process and helped me buy a house from states away! He was attentive, thorough, and patient with all of my many questions. As a first time home buyer, I could not be more appreciative of Cody and this whole process. Everyone he has recommended from painters to brokers have been just as great. I felt like I had a whole team of knowledgable people on my side the whole way through. I cannot thank EBA enough for their hard work for finding a home for me and my husband! Cody was so great to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, prompt and very readily available (and also very flexible)! He not only knows the Reno community well, but what is considered a fair price for a home. He has a keen eye when taking you to homes and will show you things that you may have not noticed yourself. Another thing to note is my husband and I were first time home buyers. Cody walked us through the process and made it understandable!If I were to buy another home in Reno, I would absolutely use EBA again. Cody was an excellent resource through the whole home buying process. He made sure that all of the decisions in the process were mine to make, and was ready to answer every question I put forth. His quick thinking and determination helped us survive an extremely difficult closing process and get me into my new house.

We sold our house in Southern California and investigated the Reno/ Tahoe area for several months.  We had the good fortune of working with Cody and Dee Dee.  We quickly realized that we were benefitting from the youth and energy that Cody brings to bear, and the wealth of experience- three generations, that Dee Dee and her father offer.  We found a great house.  And Remaklus Realty saved us from our own worse impulses- pointing out weather issues in different parts of the City, potential issues with propane service/ septic tanks, and potentially cumbersome HOA's.  Cody patiently, worked with us until we found the right house for the right price.  You can't ask for more.  And since closing the purchase, he continues to assist, after the fact.  If you're a buyer, you'd be putting yourself in great hands with the Buyer's Agency.  They are trustworthy and relentless on your behalf.
