This counseling office is very helpful very respectful they care about you and your individual needs they helped me with every problem that I had I would recommend them to anyone for any counseling needs they may have very professional and courteous and understanding five stars plus a gold 1 for extra credit.

I work in autobody, so alot of my customers I meet by accident. The same goes for Charter recovery. While I was looking for a different type of service I ran across Jennifer at Charter who at the the time wasn't able to help provide the service I was looking for, but was able and willing to help me find the place I needed and found thier contact information for me over the phone for me. With that accidental meeting I gained a great amount of respect for the staff at Charter recovery. A few weeks later I ended up requiring a counselor. The first person I thought of was Jennifer. If she was that kind and caring of someone she couldn't help, how awesome would she be when I would turn to be a client. Low and behold my gut was right. Kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable with experience. If you are in need of anger management, substance abuse,  or alcohol counseling look no farther you will be in great hands.....
