I was interviewed at this center. I was called 3 times. I was interviewed by 5 different people. Each one asked same questions over and over again.
When you go for the first time they don't even inform you about their lengthy interview process.
They don't allow you to see the center.
It took around 1 and 1/2 months to complete these interviews. They didn't have even courtsey to inform about what is their decision. I had to make several calls and write them emails to know about what is their decision. Whether they select you or not , I think , after calling you for 3 times for the interview, they should have that much courtesy to atleast let you know whether you are selected or not.

Helen Schfer has to be the worst person in the world. Went in for an interview and got the job, loved the kids and the other coworkers. Same week my wife fell ill and ended up in the hospital for a day and I had to leave work. I ended up getting sick the same week with the same thing and Helen schfer said that this wasnt the job for me because they cant take unpredictability ? When asked her what does that mean she went on to say its been 8 days since I started and I missed 3 because of real life problems. Shes inhumane and does not have a heart. She said I have to look out for my business and you have no history here. Basically firing me because I havent been there long and she doesnt care about family things or the employees who HELP keep her business up and running. Who would run her business if the same thing happened to her husband, herself or kids. HER EMPLOYEES. She was not understanding at all she honestly did not care, even after stopping at her desk to talk to her and ask how was her day going and family she still wasnt the person I had expected her to be. The business was very unorganized as well, short on staff and supervisors had to tend to the kids.
