Our time here has been great. Since move in we have not had any issues. Maintenance is quick to respond to any requests and the office staff are amazing.

RUN RUN RUN MICE MICE and when you get a cat because they cant resolve they they will charge a $250 deposit and an amount per month pet fee they rent has went up drastically and they are adding all types of made up fees for amenities all of a sudden that no one uses or uses all yes water and usage $200 every month for broken water pipes every month..the apartments have roaches they will find every reason to come in your home for an inspection every other month even if you are on time with your rent every month for years they will harass you by mail email letters on tour door and coming to your door after two days of being late and text every day for $2000 plus dollars you can find better close to you

There's only 3 things good about HATHAWAY HOUSE And they are KJ, Shawn and Ayana The 3 of them are the best maintenance anyone can ever ask for they all try very hard to do a great job. clean up after Their self and are very professional they are the best maintenance ever. That's the only reason why I have not moved other than that the whole building keeps getting full up with marijuana every evening And management knows I cannot have marijuana around me because of my medications an my son has asthma. But nothing's changing.Children running and jumping over your head till your thing and windows are shakeing.starting at 4am I've had so many things broken and you cannot use your heat because marijuana is coming through The vents and the furnace room. Summertime you can't use the air condition because it's coming through And people are not cleaning up after their dogs Never thought this place would go down this bad. 5 stars is for maintenance. And people leaving their smelly boots in the hallway and that is a fall hazard 0 stars for everything else.
