      image Havent been picked up in a month. Customer service lies to me every day and says they are coming today. Finally got an automated message today saying service in my area has been suspended.

      image Worst service ever, actually no service for 3 weeks now! Been promised service last Friday, Monday and Tuesday and today Wednesday 6-28-2023. Still have full trash cans !!! Called again more promises
      They dont even deserve a 1 on rating their service.
      Next call BBB and channel 3 on your side. Service: Trash removal & disposal

      image We havent had our trash picked up for almost 3 weeks. We have always paid on time and never missed a payment. Weve called customer service at least 5 times and they say theyre sending a truck that day or the next, but they never come pick up the trash.
      Weve had the case escalated in their system, but it hasnt resulted in trash being picked up.
      Update:
      Another week has gone by without trash pickup. Local wildlife has been getting into it so we have to keep going out to pickup bits that are scattered around. Please please pick it up! Service: Trash removal & disposal
