This restaurant is in a cute old Victorian house tucked amidst the buildings in downtown Redwood City. It has an art gallery in a separate building in front and a garden which makes it a little difficult to see from the street. It has its own parking lot but it's next to a public (paid) parking lot. When we got there at lunchtime it was seat-yourself and on a Friday, we didn't have any problems finding seating for 4. Service was prompt and friendly. Food options were comfort food plus. The coffee was nice and strong--which rarely happens anywhere outside a coffee place.

Always reliable go to breakfast place! Their scrambles are really good and Martha’s Swedish oatmeal pancakes with real maple syrup is the best!

Excellent service in this quaint vintage home featuring fresh baked goods, hot coffee or espresso drinks along with scrumptious breakfast fare. Our AIA San Mateo chapter was served with efficiency and we lingered enjoying a cozy individual room that comfortably seated 15+. CheerZ. So proud of our local small business.
