Very poor work. they buried their garbage on my property instead of hauling it away and did not install any clamps on the fernco fitting on the line they installed. They also won't come fix there bad work. They had to come out shortly after installing the tank because they forgot to make a connection and I just had to have somebody come to fix their improper their improper connection.

Ive always had Linn Septic pump our septic tank. When our septic system failed, Jim redid our entire system and drain field. I would use him again in the future. He is fair, honest, and reliable.

I'm only giving this business a one star because zero stars is not an option. The owner Jim and I had a long conversation about him doing work at my house. Which included a two-year contract with our sand filter and him pumping my septic tank. I have two other contractors and the Department of Environmental Quality waiting on his response. After him not returning my phone calls or emails for a week and a half, he just decides to send me a one line email that says hes sorry he cannot move forward with work at my house. Along with that he didnt even give me an explanation why. Due to Jim Linns unresponsiveness and "ghosting" me, he has put me way behind schedule, and possibly our pending house sale may not close in time.
If youre looking for somebody professional, this is not the business to call.
I would recommend MUCK septic in Redmond. MUCK was Very friendly and very responsive.
