I am a new owner of a food cart, and I was on a deadline that AAFP met.
I dealt with Aaron, and all I can say is that I am greatly impressed. He kept me informed on the happenings when my cart was being worked on, and was polite and courteous.
They installed a Captive Air (the best in the business) hood in my food cart, as well as the Ansul system in record time, and made the opening of my food cart a success.
For anyone looking for a commercial grade hood, or anything that these guys offer, I would highly recommend them and will use them with any future purchases.
