I called because my vacuum was not working properly and Steve came to my home picked it up, tuned it up and brought it back. It works like new. I recommend doing business here as they are very knowledgeable, professional, and kind.

I contacted this business because the green light on my Kirby Avalir 2 was not lighting up when turned on. After they attempted to help me fix it over the phone (free of charge), it was determined that they would have to send someone out to repair it. I was amazed that they volunteered to have someone come pick up the Kirby from my house, which is 40 minutes away, and also deliver it to me once the job was done. As it turned out, the Kirby was due for service in the form of a "rebuild" under the designated program. I did pay for the service since they basically took the whole thing apart and built it to be like new, but it was not expensive at all. Best of all, it runs like brand new now. They even polished it up and made it shine! This business could not be run any better and I am now a customer for life.
