As a current tenant of these apartments (been here for nearly 5 years), my largest complaint is that our downstairs toilet stops working every 3-6 months, this has been a running issue since we moved in. However, I am unable to be picky in todays rental market, because its still relatively cheap to live here, and its a nice community.
The review mentioning a grown man who walks around without a shirt, I know exactly who hes referring to, and he means absolutely no harm. If hes the reason why the girlfriend is scared to walk to her car at night, she shouldnt be. If anything, hell makes sure she gets to her car safely.
As a mom, I feel completely safe walking around outside by myself in the day or night. Yes, there are people who dig in the trash can, but they dont even look my way when Im going to my car.

Lived there for a year and had 3 different property managers. Lots of spiders if you live in the townhouses. There are porch pirates. Turned my parking permits in when I moved out and their cost was still deducted from my deposit return.

I love it here very quiet and it's safe joanne is on top of everything friendly and kind..if something goes wrong they fix it rite away..
