It is hard to find a good interior decorator that really listens to your needs, concerns, tastes, and colors.  Tina was very patient with me as I waffled over the type of blinds I wanted as well as the new Living Room furniture.  She carries made in USA furniture that made me wait for custom furniture for only 6 months instead of the 9-18 months that I am hearing from my friends. I live out of state and I use Tina because she knows what I want and need.  I also order my blinds from her and they come in a timely manner and perfect fit.  I truly recommend her to anyone who wants quality and budget wise furniture, drapes, blinds, etc.

We hired Tina to do a small interior office lobby remodel and one interior office. She was rather expensive but we wanted it done right, the first time and the new flooring installed on a weekend. Tina failed to do the moisture test for the new flooring and provided no sealant. Needless to say we had issues immediately. Tina was responsive and professional in replacing the flooring in the small interior office, with us paying approx $1,500 for the sealant. When it came time to fix the lobby floor the game changed. Tina hired a leak detection company to try to shift the blame to us. They found nothing. Tina still insisted it was our fault and we had water somewhere. She refuses to this day to fix our lobby floor. Tina opened a claim with her insurance firm and refuses to talk to us or respond to our polite and professional emails. Her insurance firm has offered us LESS that it is costing us to replace the flooring. We filed a complain with the Contractors State Lic Board and they have done some reprimand note to Tina and suggests we take her to Small Claims. We would win as she has admitted fault in writing to us and her insurance firm. We are not the suing kind of people so we are chalking it up to experience and paying for our lobby floor redo, during the weekday; disrupting our work. I guess Tina must be looking at retirement soon to not care about her reputation. I don't take this review lightly and we tried to work with her for almost 3 years before settling with her low insurance offer and moving forward. You have been warned.

We hired Tina to remodel our office including new LVT flooring. She failed to do the required moisture test and we have had 'seepage'.  She admitted fault for not testing and using any sealant. She fixed one office with us paying for the  sealant.  She has refused to fix our lobby (a much larger area).  She opened a claim with her insurance Co, who have offered us less than the replacement costs. She refuses to fix her job. We filed a claim with the contractors board and they recommend we take her to small claims.  After a couple years of trying to get her to do the right thing we are moving forward with a new flooring company, paying more that her insurance co paid us and having the work done during business hours. The original work was done on the weekend, but her insurance co refuses to pay the weekend rate.  We are not happy.She was nice until the issues started. Then she tried everything she could to blame us. Even going so far as to call out a Leak Detection Co to find 'our leak". There was no leak. She still said it must be a leak we have.  Just mind boggling that she would not fix her own admitted faults.  I don't understand how she plans to stay in business when she won't stand behind her work. She is expensive, and certainly NOT worth it.
