Dr. Henckley's office (now), and his staff, Myra and Chelsea just to name two, are A-MA-Zing!!! They were so good to my boy and went out of their way to make sure he was well taken care of, in EVERY WAY! My son said he is so lucky to have such a great dentist after breaking out his two front teeth.... probably the best dentist he will ever have...his words!!

I have worked in the dental field for 10 years and I would NEVER go anywhere else for a root canal!! The office is beautiful and immaculate, the staff is well trained and efficient, and Kate at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Pruett has had 2 work on me twice now, and both were under unusual and potentially unpleasant circumstances. Once to repair and horrendous error done by a previous dental who had accidentally perforated my tooth while attempting a root canal, the other was a "re-treat" root canal where he found a third canal that had been completely missed. Both procedures went perfectly. He is a master at what he does and is genuine, fun and caring to boot!! Best around. Thank you Dr. Pruett and staff for your obvious expertise!

I had read some negative reviews about the office staff, so I was a little nervous about my appointment. However, I found all of the staff, including the front office lady, Kate, to be quite nice and professional. It was, hands down, the best dental experience I've ever had. I was in for a root canal on a tooth that had been worked on by another local dentist. That prior dentist was unable to numb that particular tooth so it was a horribly painful experience. I was so worried that Dr. Pruett also would not be able to numb that tooth. But, he got me numb with no problems and I literally did not feel any pain throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Pruett himself was kind and reassuring and his assistant was great. They kept checking to make sure I was okay and they did a great job. I would definitely go back to Dr. Pruett's office and recommend him to anyone needed endodontic care.

Immaculate office, very organized! Staff is friendly, Kate went above and beyond to help me with all my insurance questions, she had everything prepared before I even had to ask! Dr. Pruett and his assistant were very professional and comforting. I actually look forward to going back for my next visit :)
