I worked with Mike for about 7 years on a case and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I felt heard, he was clear on what was material and what was not. I trust him and his staff. They worked hard and diligent for me. I would use him again.... let's hope I don't have to, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to use Mike Darlington.

I never received the Substitution back from you and it has been quite some time.” (7days) “If I do not have it back by Monday I will file a Motion to be Relieved by the Court, which will be a cost to you and also inform the court you have been uncooperative with my office.”
i hired this person to represent me in my custody case. he quit/retired less a month before trial. left me w a lil less than a month to find a trial attorney. then began sending me threats to negatively impact my custody case. i’m happy no one else has to experience this 🙂 attorney’s 🙄

Mr Darlington and his staff have been nothing but professional, honest, prompt, and reliable. I can not recommend him highly enough. He gave excellent advice, approached a difficult situation with honor and respect and even though we didn't get the result we hoped for (nothing to do with Mr Darlington), we went away knowing it was money well spent. If you are looking for a lawyer with integrity and knowledge in family law (which isn't easy in Redding), look no further.

In December 2017 I began a nightmare that will forever remain present. I hired Mr. Mike Darlington to represent me, I was clearly unable to process this discovery that turned my world upside down. Mr. Darlington was sensitive to my inability to absorb the information at hand and supported me with tremendous council helping me when the criminal justice system was unable to pursue. He has represented me now for two and a half years and I am thankful I chose him, I firmly believe no other attorney in this town has the extent of experience and knowledge to represent parents protecting their children as he does.
