Great place friendly staff great prices

Very rude and uncomfortable customer service experience. When I walked in, there was no where to stand so I stood in the corner and the lady at the counter snapped at me for being the way and then when I stepped back outside, she made a fresh remark and asked, So is someone going to say soemthing?. As we were painting, she greeted everyone else with a kind tone and a hi how are you.

ActuallyMiss Wust, this is not what happened. The fed ex guy was attempting to make a large delivery and when you pushed by him I said ‘you’re standing where he’s attempting to put the boxes’. Never did I say ‘is someone going to say something’. I treated you while explaining the process and getting your paint etc as kind as I treated everyone I wouldn’t have any reason not too.

Two stars because i did have fun painting the pottery and it was reasonably priced. However, i'm not sure if she was the owner or what but she was wildly disrespectful. Everyone in my party works customer service so we understand but we were not expecting that treatment from her at all. When we had simple questions, she would respond with an attitude and a sarcastic joke. If you're looking for amazing customer service, this place is not for you.
