Excellent workmanship and very fair prices. The faucet install required removal of an old faucet from a pedestal sink, the whole thing had to be taken apart and re-installed carefully; Joe (and Kyle/apprentice) did a tremendous job. They also fixed a leaking drain pipe from the bathtub, replaced a pressure gauge, capped a gas line, fixed 3 leaking valves, and replaced my old water booster pump with a new pump that required a slightly different hook up; all done with quality and professionalism. I waited a few weeks for this work, but it was worth it; plumbers, electricians are very busy right now. Joe was also right up-front with his schedule, which was good to know from the start. He installed my dishwasher and a week later the screws holding it up fell off . I had to call another plumber that told me the reason the machine stopped working was because of poor installation. Then the toilet I hired him to fix was still leaking a few days later.

Joe was fantastic! Not only was he extremely responsive but his quote was great and he was thorough in his explanation. He showed up on time (actually early) and just went to work! Thy were clean, fast and efficient and I had a brand new water heater installed in less than 2.5 hours. I had some questions the next day and Joe was so prompt with his responses and even offered to swing by to take a look if I was concerned. He was professional and knowledgeable and I would certainly use him again. Service: Boiler installation

Joe was very professional, on time and very personable. He did a great job replacing my kitchen faucet. He cleaned up after himself and left my kitchen in the same condition as before he came in. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
