Not pleased with my new purchase in the pointe townhome in Raymore MO. The very cheapest of items were used. At least 5 of us along the street have had many issues. Some major, some small but way too many that they don't care about providing you with a good quality product. No sound barrier or proofing. You can hear your neighbors on both sides of you even in the basement. Your only contact or go through person is the Realtor the builder has working for him. Good luck getting her to respond to emails, texts, vm in a timely manner if at all. You end up having to call, email, text many times reminding them of issues needing addressed. Through the process they will say something is no problem they can do that then when it's built and done and you ask how come the cable outlet isn't over on this wall where I requested they say "per code we couldn't do it". That was their response for everything. They absolutely will not haggle on the price so as much money as these cost they should be doing a good job. There are so many seams in my place that were not done right my company always points them out. I can't stress enough do not purchase one of these units. They obviously do not inspect or check people's work.
