I would suggest anyone with a garage door issue contact South Dakota Overhead Doors to solve your issue. I was sure we'd need a hole new door and opener but I called and talked to Karyn and she hooked us up. John came out and right away went to work & had our door fixed in much less time than quoted. He was very knowledgeable & went over and above what we asked. I'd say he was trained well ...which he definitely was but he was also a genuinely kind person. He solved all my problems in no time. My HOA snow removal accidentally crashed into my garage door in December, 2023 during a blizzard. The door wouldnt open. I called Overhead Door and they came out right away! The rigged up a temporary fix so my door would work! Ordered a new door and they installed it quickly. The customer service was the finest Ive received at any business in Rapid City everand Ive lived here 50+ years. Really, really exceptional! Look no further for your garage door needs.

These guys are Experts in their field! Had an issue that no one in town could figure out. They came and with 30 mins had my door fully operational. Great people to work with!! Highly Recommend!!
