They used to be my go to for tire repair, until this last year. I had previously taken a vehicle in for a simple tire balance was told it would take 30-45 mins. ( I run off time frames) 45 mins elapsed and my vehicle was not even moved. At that point I had to leave as I had other arraignments made. They underestimate the time it will take to complete a task. Recently which prompted this review I took a tire in for a simple patch and plug for a screw, rather than coming out to inspect the tire the service writer wrote it up and had me drop off the tire saying 30mins it would be done.
I arrived to find out Bargain Barn said they could not repair the tire and that they tried to call me. I received no phone call about it and wasted 30mins waiting for them to tell me they couldn't repair it when the service writer could have came out and inspected it before hand. Time management, and poor communication give this establishment 1 Star. And for clarity sake I had the tire repaired at another local established without hassle.
