He walked us through all the necessary steps to select the right carpet for our budget and project. He set up the appointments to complete the purchase. Customer Service at its best. Thank you.

We used Carpet One to do new flooring for two separate projects recently, and are very happy with results on both! Jason came out for both projects to do the initial measuring/consult, and discussion of flooring systems that would work. We visited the store several times to look at different options, take home samples, etc. They were very patient with us, wanted to make sure we purchased something we would be happy with, and went the extra mile to make sure all was good.
Installers were Dale on one project, and Danny on the other. Both installers were very easy to work with, accommodating, hard workers, and good communicators. Both did a great work. On one job we needed the installer to come back to fix a minor problem that we hadn't initially noticed. They promptly came back and fixed it to our satisfaction.
We are very happy we used Carpet One and will do so again in the future.

Quite often, when seeking services (IE: plumber, electrician, etc) in Rapid City, I'm finding that folks are nice, not lazy, but I'm discovering that people aren't motivated to give me a quote or perform the scope of work after the quote is given; they occasionally disappear. I'm from Chicago, so I'm not use to this at all as people are motivated all the time, but in Rapid I'm tracking them down & hoping they pick up the phone. It's frustrating.
Day after Thanksgiving, I rang up to see if I could get a quote for carpet/padding/install. In essence, I was in a big hurry to get carpet installed into my lower level for my town home over in Chapel Valley so that my tenant could move back in from the upper level. Unfortunately, they were inconvenienced for many weeks due to a water/foundation issue.
Nonetheless, I was graciously assisted by Jason Schilling who took my call. I explained what I was seeking, which was to take out the old carpet/padding & have some new carpet/padding installed sooner rather than later.
This was part that was unexpected: Jason personally popped out & met me just 30 minutes later! I met him downstairs, assisted him with measurements of the room & picked out a carpet color from the samples he supplied. When he said his installers could begin on Monday, that unexpectedly piqued my interest as well as the nice pricing.
Simply-put, it was an all-around great, efficient performance by Jason! A job well-done as he was professional, friendly, didn't include jargon & was direct.
As a former Service Director for Customer at a 'small' airline called United at O'Hare for a few decades, I'd like to think I know what bad, average & great customer service is about. Jason covered all the bases for great customer service & as a result, I highly recommend both him and this company for your carpet needs!
