My experience with Erika Olson was nothing short of phenomenal, wonderful and perfect. I needed a quick and relatively small task, a document review and relevant advice, but the overall topic is of high importance to me and my family. Erika found the sweet spot of providing me with the perfect amount of help, without adding unnecessary extra time or going down rabbit holes. Our employees are our greatest asset and having a good Employee Handbook is essential for protecting both them and our company. Jennifer's experience and expertise enabled us to create a document based upon our values within the current legal framework of South Dakota and the United States Labor laws. It clearly states everyone's rights and responsibilities so we can all follow the same playbook. I highly recommend her work and that of Lynn Jackson Shultz & Lebrun.
