HPPT is a first class business They have excellent physical therapists and facilities. It is amazing how I recoved my health and now maintaining it.
The owners are the best.

Not only have I gotten my life back, my mobility is amazing. The staff really are like a family. I received tragic news while I was at therapy, and the staff really surrounded me with love and even drove me home. I really live High Plains PT!

First off this negative review is not directed at their actual
therapists but squarely at the people who run this place. I'd
give high plains 4 stars for their therapists, but the rude and
smarmy front desk woman nikki gets 0 stars. The owners just
recently decided to more than double, yes that's right, their
pricing for their procedures to cash payers. I know we've
an inflation problem in this nation right now, but not at 250%.
They're just being greedy. $65 for a 1/2 hour massage? What
are they, a Bahamian resort spa?

If you care about covid precautions do not visit as my 1st time in the office was a horrible experience, tight waiting room, several people, one gasping for air and all without masks and the owner(I think) telling me how masks are probably not really helpful. I left and will not return.
