Tim provided great service to our college student son at this store, as we worked with them from a distance. As parents, we're thankful that he didn't try to sell our son services/products he didn't need, but seemed to address his situation with courtesy and honesty.

The worst costumer service. My phone has been messed up since I got it and the guy couldnt help and just told me he could sell me a new phone multiple times. Tried to see what insurance plan I had and after texting my number and showing Im verified on the account he still couldnt help me because the name on my account (THAT THEY PREVIOUSLY PUT IN THEMSELVES) was Abby instead of Abigail. The guy already looked annoyed that he even had to be there but his tone and attitude was ridiculous and so unhelpful. He literally saw me receive the texts to verify my account ??????

Worst business weve ever dealt with. The salesman Jordain lied about the promotions and rebates and the great deals they had going on at that time. When questioning him he assured us these were accurate prices and it was this great deal. Then we started getting the bills which did not reflect what we were sold. For months we tried to get the issues resolved and were assured repeatedly that it would be another 1 or 2 billing cycles before it would reflect the deal we purchased and we would be credited the over payments we had been making each month. Finally they said nope they couldnt honor the prices we were quoted and we are stuck with the contract paying significantly more than we would have ever agreed to. The manager Tim basically said he had to believe what the salesman told him. Looking at other reviews this same thing has happened to other customers. Its offensive to call the contact with them customer service. We were scammed. Buyer beware and dont set foot in this store.
