Disappointed in our experience with Crowley. I called to ask about installing a RING wired floodlight. After talking about location and where to install, I was told "$375". I SPECIFICALLY asked if there would be additional charges, and was told "No".
They came that afternoon since they were already in the area and installed the light. The bill they gave me was for "$450." When called to inquire about the cost, I was told that they forget to tell me about the $75 service fee. To be honest - at $450, I would have shopped around for multiple quotes.
They did a decent job on the installation and the owner offered to refund half of the extra fees, but I declined. Just disappointed. I will use and recommend other local electricians for future projects. Service: Outdoor lighting installation
