Bill and his wife have been a blessing!! Their customer service is top notch or "old school" which you don't find anymore. They truely care about their customers and look out for their best interest and health. I have been dealing with black mold and water damage from faulty work from a contractor which has been a pain in the A$$ to deal with. I would be lost without their expertise and advice. This is the ONLY company I will ever use again for any water or mold issues. Also, their knowlege of these issues and what it takes to SAFELY fix/remove the problem is outstanding.

1-800 water damage referred me to one of their current clients who had a ton of water damage and their home to locate and repair the possible leak causing the damage. They were very professional prompt and coordinated things efficiently. I would definitely recommend 1-800 water damage to my friends and family.
