The folks at Raleigh Diamond Fine Jewelry are extremely customer focused, excellent at listening to their customers needs and desires, very professional with their advice and counseling, friendly, outgoing, responsive and most importantly, very delicate with presenting the costs of the products to their clients. We have purchased several beautiful items there and have been completely satisfied with the quality, service and price. Gabby has been wonderful to work with. Sometimes we get to meet with Nicola as well. Haley has done a couple of things for us as well, and her benchwork is always impeccable. And finally, James was very kind in bringing us water when we are there, so thank you for that! All in All, we have a wonderful time every time we visit the store! My wife loves going into the store and I know we will be treated very fairly. So we will keep going back! Great job everyone!!!
