So my boss had me driving a 26' box truck from Enterprise on Glenwood Ave. Raleigh, great guys working there and the truck was the best! If we're going to rent a truck when I move to a new home it will be Enterprise that I get it from. I recommend all my family and friends to do the same. Barry

Made a reservation for the wrong place, and so when I showed up to the rental truck, she was very helpful and got us what we needed was very fast .great customer service would go back

Manger Matt is the rudest racist guy Ive ever came across dealing with enterprise if I could break his face I would Ive been doing business with enterprise for 5+ years he is the most disrespectful and most racist attitude having enterprise employee Ive ever came across and because of the altercation over the phone with this guy I get hit with a 23k truck bill for damages that had been reported to them but was any effort put in on there part to get the truck fix no enterprise has become a joke when renting trucks we even got charged $1400 for a bad wore tire because we called there road side service enterprise will literally charge you every and anything even if your not at fault DO NOT I REPEAT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION go to spring forest rd they treat you with respect as they should

After driving 30min to get a truck I was told I couldnt pay for it unless I had a credit card. Cost me a big job and a lot of money because a debit card wouldnt work. To further add to frustration I asked prior to coming if a debit card would work being that my business card was shut off because of stolen identity and I was waiting on my new credit card to arrive. Absolutely ridiculous. Great way to never have return business or referrals. We were renting a 26 for 3 days this week as well but that is now canceled and will be using Penske.
