I wouldn't have given a star if it wasn't for Google. They are the most unfriendliest group of people I have ever met in my life. The NP doesn't have clearance to prescribe most meds needed without the doctors approval who seems to never be present. the nurse who takes your vitals is rude and unpleasant she doesn't seem to like her job.its clear they are there for the paycheck and nothing else. Ivon was the best thing now that she is gone this place is horrible.

The staff is great and very friendly and professional. I told them my problem and they got to the problem. For any of my medical needs I will be returning and will recommend anyone to this client. All the NP are great.

I went here ab 2 months ago & the wait was 3 hours for me & my 3 kids who all came back positive for covid.. well today I went & I told them it was an emergency bc my 2 year old son was running a 103 fever & throwing up & they said they couldnt take him even tho no one was even in the waiting room.. I would 1000% not recommend them to ANYONE!!!

If I had rated based on my first experience there would be more stars. Unfortunately when you have an appointment and have to call them to confirm your appointment is honestly laugh worthy. But then I'm told to come on in Thursday (yesterday) after driving 2 hours there I'm told to come back today. I also hear the "doctor" or whoever saying 'I don't have to wait on her' loud enough and rude enough for everyone to hear and then I get an excuse and my bf drives us two hours back home. I get there today another two hours there and told them my insurance needs a PA for a prescription I need as well as refills I'm out of all of my medications. I drive the two hours back and now my insurance needs two PA's which they're closed and will not be open until Monday. So I'll keep going without my meds for absolutely no reason. I thought this place would be great considering the other caresplus I attended was but I was clearly wrong. And update: had to call twice and call my insurance which said it could be 72 hour's. So I'm waiting a week on medication I shouldn't be coming off of. I'm livid it's one thing to be short staffed but another to treat or neglect certain patients.
