Was suppose to come out, and never showed up. Ended up receiving a call days later. If an appointment couldn't be kept, it only takes a simple phone call.

B&B was recommended to me by a friend. When I called the man I spoke with was very polite. He came right out the next day to do an estimate. When I called to schedule the install, he was realistic in his quote of when he would be able to come out. He came within that time frame and did a great job. Price was a little less than the other quotes I received.
