I could honestly care less on the mask policy. Anywho, as I am sitting here now with my husband waiting to get fasting lab work and couple other things, I am noticing how well they do not keep there office clean at all. The bed does not have a paper on it . Dust is thick on the ceiling vent and the tiles on the ceiling. I know they have a lot going on with COVID. I get it, I also know they contract out to have cleanings done. Well, they need to find new ones. I am not a fan of this place at all. I don’t like the environment of this place. 😒 No bedside manners here!

This is the best care I have had in a very long time. The front desk ladies are always very caring and attentive. They always wear there mask. The nurse practitioner listen to you and then talk it over with you.. I have been blessed to have found such caring and devoted health staff.. ❤

I received incredible care from Ivonne(?). I wanted to hug her. A million stars. To her. The front desk. Absolutely lovely ladies. Kind, thorough, competent. One of the nurses was rough and makes it hard to decide how to rate. Most of the people I interacted with were wonderful though and wanted to acknowledge them.

First of all. You ask for ppl to wear a mask yet your own front desk staff doesn't wear one. The lady was not very pleasant till I left. There was only 2 ppl in the lobby one wS called to the back soon as I got there. The other was lab work. Why did I have to wait for a hr to be called to the back. I had a high fever before i got there.. after being froze to death in the lobby, my fever went down. Once I got back there you could hear the nurses cackling. After waiting exactly 52 min. I get ready to leave the nurse says your next. The lady at the front desk I assume was happy I was leaving. She told me to have a nice day. I will not be coming back just to see a nurse practitioner.
