I called today to ask if OK or TX would be the correct venue for a Temporary Guardianship issue (the minor is from OK but now living with me). I was told they wouldn't answer the simple venue question unless I scheduled an appt and pd $250. And I would be charged EVEN IF the case would have to be heard in OK. Funny thing... If it is TX... there isn't a snowballs chance in hell-o that I would (now) use this atty because of this level of greed! I did call another atty and get an immediate answer and am going to be going through that atty (BLF also in Quitman).

I love the fact how half of his reviews are deleted. Demands way more money than services rendered. I am not a client but I do represent one. Recorded conversation shows he would rather accuse a client, than actually doing the job he was requested for. If this comment gets deleted I will be more than happy to post this again. I do not recommend this “lawyer” unless you love rude comments and paying even more for subpar work.
