Sadly I have to choose a start to write a review. Absolutely horrible customer service and hidden fees, lack of correct information and extremely rude individuals. I am a long time customer - no longer.
I returned an item, got caught in a return fee using THEIR BAG with their return information. Cancelled the card and send in to refute the fee and lack of clarity. In the meantime with the account closed and the amount in a review request, they added $32 of late fees. Unbelievable.
Customer service doesn't listen, says useless parrot lines obviously on a card in front of them and not related to the question at hand, and can't stop talking long enough to answer a yes or no question.

Lousy customer service. Went to place an order and my card was canceled? Called on a weekend. No one could help me. Spent an hour getting service to find no help but connected me to Commety Bank. No help there either other than they closed my account? Called corporate and waited forever so I hung up. Wont be shopping JJill anymore. With all the options out there really dont need the headache.

there are complaints here from 6 years ago and it seems the problems are the same. I'm having trouble with the credit card with Comenity Bank and when I looked up the bank information I saw there is a class action suit against them . With that and all these complaints why is J Jill still using this company? These reviews are not seen by many people so I suggest everyone use social media to get the information out.
