image I returned scrubs 11/20/22, new with tags, had the order number and everything. Fast forward to 12/13/22 and I still have NOT received my refund for my returned items. I emailed the work n gear email that we are told to contact with and Kelly was NO help ( I emailed them on 12/6/22 mind you). She told me to reach out to my bank, which I had already done prior and they are not the issue. She then tells me she is going to forward my email to the finance department since my account does show the refund .... fine. It is now 12/13/22 and I have heard NOTHING else regarding this issue. They are SO quick to take your money but getting a refund? Forget about it. This ordeal is making me question if I will continue to buy my scrubs (which are already so expensive) at work n gear.

image My husband and I came to this store because it is near by and they had a decent selection of work pants. My husband works in HVAC service and is always in need of work pants. We usually purchase less expensive work pants but realized its costing us more money than to just invest in some nice quality ones. So we decided to try this place. We walked in and the only sales person in the store was behind the counter and never greeted us. This is a small store and there were no other customers , so one would think it should be easy to just hello is there anything i can help you with. Nothing. Thats ok...we went about our business. We ended up buying 3 works pants, a pair of steel toe work boots. We spent 260.00. About and hour after left we realized we had a 20% off coupon. My husband already removed the tags on all the items. We decided to go back to the store and ask if we can apply the 20% off to the purchase we just made. We only had our receipt. The same clerk who was there earlier told us she cant unless she voids the entire transaction and rings it back up but would need tags with he bar codes. While I think if she really wanted to offer outstanding customer service, she would have looked at our receipts and pulled those items and just used those barcodes rather then telling us to bring back our tags. We didn't argue, we went back home to get the tags and the merchandise. We back to the store with the tags we removed and all the merchandise. The clerk who rang us up earlier was packing her stuff left while we were at the counter. Her replacement was there and she had the same attitude as the other clerk. We told her what we needed and she said no. I cant do that. Despite the fact that we had the tags , receipts and merchandise with us, she would not apply the 20% discount because the tags we non longer attached to the merchandise. We could not understand this. We had tags with the barcodes , the merchandise and receipt!. This is by far the worse customer service we have ever received. These two clerks had attitudes from the start. They had no intentions of helping at all. We would have been loyal customers , but after this, we will NEVER purchase from this store. The first clerks oper# is 4198. The seconds clerks name Vanessa. For a 20% discount that they could have applied , they lost a potentially loyal customer. My husband would have recommended this place to the other service guys her works with since many of them live in the area. After this experience , we will tell them this place has terrible customer service. It is too bad, how two clerks and completely ruin the reputation of this store (28021). I will send this to Work n Gear's corporate office as well. I hope the store manager sees this and takes this seriously. I am in customer service related industry, and there is nothing for costly for a business then having employees with bad customer service. These two women need to take extensive customer service training and learning how to go above and beyond.
