Absolutely terrible place for any type of health related issues. Worst office Ive ever attended and Im SHOCKED theyre considered a place to treat people! Took over 3 months just to get an inhaler and now Im being told they cant find my old diagnosis because its been almost 10 years. Terrible place to practice

I just stared going here for my healthcare needs. I migrated from QMG simply due to the fact that the doctors that work there can't work anywhere else. I'll update this as needed. They and the medical clinic both have signs warning customers about giving the staff or any other customers there any problems. Just ask them how dr. swango is doing if they ever maliciously interpret your actions as "creating a disturbance". Swango is the serial killer that use to work for them. Just google siu quincy, il swango. Just because something happened a long time ago doesn't make it any less true.

First experience with SIU Medicine. The physician's assistant was argumentative and clearly wasn't listening. There was no solution for treatment besides come back when it gets worse. Why do I have to pay for this when I'll just have to go back, to the doctor's but not this place, in a few days.

I have been going there since 2018, have seen multiple interns come and go. I am now 65, and not once did they do a psa blood test for prostate cancer. Doctor seemed more interested in my mental health instead of my physical health. I told them about my prostate issues, but kept blowing it off because I was old. I requested a psa test months earlier, and was told it would be high anyway because of my age so didn't call for one. I asked for a psa test again because I got a new intern and he agreed..Long story short, I need to have a biopsy done on my prostate. Just wish the test was done years ago. A man in his 60's should not have to request a psa test! It should be a standard test done yearly. The urologist said based on my psa number and his prostate exam, I most likely have cancer. Wow!
