Contractor in town. Don't know how many times I've heard this company come out of people's mouths as being dishonest. I'm sure they know a lot about real estate... but one of their realtors apparently keeps lying to customers and giving opinions on repairs that are needed, fabricating the truth with statements like "that's an easy fix," or "that's not that bad." They do this so negotiating stops and they can make a sale. Poor dishonest business practices that the public should be aware of.

Missy Sullivan is the best, hands down. Shes on point and gets the deal done. Ive dealt with several realtors and typically you get one youve had them all but Missy has definitely set herself above the rest.
