      image Well, 1 of 3 visits was wonderful, 2 were not. The first 2 times the employees seemed like they really didnt like their jobs and were ambivalent about helping me, giving me wrong information and acting very busy when there were very few customers in the store. If employees really dont know the answers they should have said so. The last time I shopped here there were completely different crew members that were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Im generous with my ratings, and therefore Im giving an AVERAGE rating as the latest time I was in saved them. Large clean store with great supplies, but lots of competition out there. I dont know if Ill be back.

      It is certainly unfortunate that my staff did not take better care, as I train them to get others when they don't know the answer to something. I will make a point of it (again) in our next employee meeting. I do hope you will make it back to visit us again.Stevie, store manager
