Just called this place with a couple of questions.
The lady who picked up was completely rude for no reason at all.

Beware if you go downtown to shop the small businesses in downtown, and near midtown pueblo, that I have so loyally supported over the years.
I was a legitimate customer one morning, but while waiting for a business to open, took a quick stroll around the block, and came back to see my truck being towed. It was literally that quick.
2 hours and 250 bucks later, I got it back.
The property manager of Greenwood square, who had my car towed, and who incidently is on the board of directors of the Pueblo Downtown Association, told me that he would resolve the issue, talk to the towing company. I never heard from him again.
No justice.
BBB is no help either.
When I called them I was transferred to someone in California.
Save money and go to the mall, unless you like having your car towed downtown.
