Had a toilet overflow in an upstairs bathroom ,water went through a vent and into a downstairs bedroom.
Such a mess!! These guys showed up faster than I anticipated and worked until almost 9 pm getting things clean and clear.
Over the next 2 weeks Mitchell and Marvin showed up and continued to monitor wet areas and every time they left , they cleaned up everything!! Mitchell kept me informed every step of the way. I have never been so impressed with this kind of professionalism. Thank you Steve Dennison and your crew.!!

After having my basement flood with sewage, they have been an amazing company to work with. They provided me help with all the steps moving forward with disposal and repair. They even go out of their way to point you to the correct people who could help you move forward with cleanup and repair if is not a part of their service that they provide. I personally did not use this service it was for my parents. Flood Restoration has been amazing at helping my parents clean up their flooded basement and helping immensely in getting a claim filed. If would definitely refer to anyway needing water damage help.
