Went in to Sharmar in February of 2020 to inquire about care for my mother. We were told there is a waiting list, but we would be contacted when her name came up on the list. A year later, no contact. This tells me that they aren't interested in our business and don't care.

I had an interview here for a health information management position and I had a good interview with one of the ladies there. The one that was supposed to give me the interview had to leave out of town for an family emergency. The lady that gave me the interview really liked me and thought that I would be a shoe in for the position and said that the original woman I was supposed to talk to would be back in town the following week to schedule a second interview. No one has got back to me I have been calling these people pretty much all week leaving voicemails, emails being told that they would give the message straight to her and have her call me back immediately and no one does. I pretty much got ghosted and I'm disappointed because I really wanted this position and got a booster shot to be prepared just in case they decided to hire me. They got my hopes up just so I can be ghosted. It's a beautiful facility but they're terrible at getting back at interviewees to let them know if they were chosen for the position or if they went with someone else. Applicants be aware of this you will be chasing them

COVID HOTSPOT--beware. A vast majority of staff and patients have covid. My friend's bedridden grandmother passed away after seeing literally no one but staff--family is not allowed on the premises as of March, which indicates that a staff member gave it to her.
