Bad customer service experience the managers are not very personable and rude to deal with work done is not honored when there is a comeback.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Gina was very kind and patient. But if the other woman who works there picks up the phone I recommend asking for someone else. My car was towed on Friday and due to scheduling and certain circumstances I am just now able to get everything figured out to get it out. When I called to ask questions the first woman that picked up YELLED AT ME AND HUNG UP THE PHONE because she couldnt understand the questions I was asking. I asked to speak to a manager about her and told him about our interaction and maybe Im assuming but it didnt sound like he cared or would be doing anything about it. If this place tows your car I hope that you have time, patience and a calm demeanor because I was very respectful and patient with her before she completely flew off the handle for no reason. I understand that not every situation can be simple, straight forward, and easy but we are all people and you never know what someone is going through this place could learn about giving people grace and patience and treating people like they are human, not like scum.

Absolutely fantastic. I called for an appointment, they got me in the next day and did the inspection and repair I needed in under 30 minutes! The shop is clean and they have a nice waiting area, not that I was in it long! They didn't try to over charge me and I will absolutely be back! I highly recommend this auto shop!
