The NEWS reports that these workers want a minimum of $15 an hour? Seriously? While at the counter after ordering food, ("waited about 15 min to receive mind you") Three customers walked away and went some place else. The young kid told me after I addressed that the establishment was loosing customers. He said " I have not had time yo take orders" yet he had been standing there talking and literally Not lifting a finger except to be on his phone and glancing at the customers getting impatient.

I ordered on the app last week, because certain coupons were only available on the app. I waited 15 minutes after the food was supposed to be done, my ticket was printed and on the counter, but no one filled it until I complained and only then they located and filled the ticket.
Then last night, after a long weekend of skiing, we stopped and ordered whoppers for all of the family. As we were eating, one of the kids went up to the counter to ask for a water. We had spent over $33 on sandwiches, and they refused to give her a water unless we paid 11 cents for it!
In retrospect, I should have had them run my card again for the 11 cents, as the merchant service fees likely would have cost them more than theyd have gained by my 11 cents.
Anyways- terrible customer service. The manager insisted on not waiving the 11 cents. I dont carry cash. I have only visited this Burger King twice this past month and both times the food was fine but the management and customer service was terrible. They could really improve it with proper employee training and teaching the managers how to actually make money and improve their reputation- instead of driving away customers over 11 cents.

Even though the cashier put the order in correctly the crew never read the instructions. The two people in front of me had their orders messed up and so did I, such as no tomato or no lettuce ECT.

This particular store is ran terribly. You have to wait anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to pick up Doordash orders. They refused to give everything the customers order as far as sauces go. They gave me a wet drink tray with the drink half spilled on it because they couldnt even manage to get the lid on. Melted milkshake on the order to top it off. Ive never seen such a poorly ran, anything but fast, fast food restaurant in my life. I wont ever pick up an order there again. The only thing they can guarantee is a long wait and cold shotty put together orders. No regard for professionalism
