I would give this organization two stars due to they do a great job by making sure food is distributed to the schools and other facilities however when it came to back rent assistance we had a very unpleasant experience. Angie was beyond impatient, disrespectful and down right careless when it came to our case . We waited two-three months for a response just to be asked the same questions each time, had to constantly reach out to make sure they were doing their part and we pretty much ended up ignored right along with our rental property manager and their lawyers while we were facing an active eviction. The lack of care, professionalism, concern and being disorganized when it came to our important documents was extremely disheartening and prayerfully this agency gets it together fully before putting theirselves on the list of community help because we received nothing not even a withdrawal letter . Go here for food NOTHING else
