Was there with my daughter today who has disability. She's particularly sensitive with materials and it's hard to find clothes that she's comfortable in and are for for school. We were able to find 2 nice button downs there that she liked. Being only 11, they're definitely on the bigger side, but that is not the hill I die on.
When we went to check out the lady in the check out was very rude, told me that those won't fit her as they're for women and kept giving me unsolicited advice.
I'm aware. I don't need your opinion nor do I need to explain anything. I'm there to just to get a shirt because my daughter liked the material. She was upset, thought she did something wrong and the whole experience was very uncomfortable.

I exclusively wear Chico's! I had to return a few of the countless items I ordered over the past month or so, they were NOT excited. Customers were coming in 10 minutes before closing and the employees greeted then by saying "we're about to close."
There was a purse with a hold tag, I asked the price and the employee said "it's mine, I'm getting it for my daughter."
I asked if I could order it and she said it's not available.
At no point did they try to get more of my business. I was prepared SHOP to replace the items I returned. I felt unwelcomed. Grateful for online shopping.
