Terrible staff here in this office. They always have an attitude when talking to you and you can hear them laughing about patients while waiting in the reception. I had a conflict with an appointment and decided to go in early in the morning pushing my luck to see if I could be seen earlier. First they told me with a sneer that I would have to wait until my scheduled time when I noticed all the patients in the waiting room has been seen or called in. They simply refused to accommodate me during any gaps when I heard specifically that a patient was a no show and had to cancel her appointment last minute, I only heard them murmuring about me but they still made me wait, instead they let try next appointment to go in front me when that patient hasnt finished filling out her forms. I waited for 3 hours in the reception when there was clearly a gap that I couldve been called in. Even the nurse came out a couple of times asking the front desk whats going on with the no show patient, and the front desk still didnt mention that I was early and had been waiting. Its been always so difficult to even get an appointment whenever I am sick and need to be seen right away. The doctors here are nice, but the staff are terrible and its making me want to switch because of unfit staff. Bad service along with bad attitude and total incompetence.

Fantastic care received by Dr. Shearer and Dr. Levitt

Im actually quite unsure why there are such bad reviews as it it almost prevented me from registering here. Dr Shearer has been an amazing doctor, she really cares about you, has a great bedside manner and is responsive on the portal. I would highly recommend her. Im a fairly new patient but whenever Ive had a problem with lab orders, appointments, her office has been great in rescheduling, calling to see if youve had your labs done before the appointment and they have so far resent lab orders while I waited at the lab within 15 mins. Im very happy so far.

My general practitioner is located here and I think the nurses and other staff here do an excellent job. My appointments are all smoothly handled and any follow up referrals are taken care of.

My husband and I are new patients. I made our annual well doctor's visit for our routine check up--covered by insurance. Dr. Levitt coded the appointment differently than a well visit and is refusing to change the codes even though our insurance says she can. As a result, I have to pay several hundred for the visit even though she literally did not touch me and spent the visit collecting my medical history--information that is in my medical file and she already had. The only thing that was actually done was the nurse weighed me and took my blood pressure. I was given referrals that I explained I didn't need. It was only after I called to contest the bill that I was told that I hadn't had my routine check up as requested. I am dissatisfied with the care I received and find the poor communication disturbing. I am outraged that the services I requested and assumed I was getting were not provided and other services (what exactly?!?!) I did not request were provided such that I now have to pay lots of $$. Meanwhile, my husband actually got his routine check up as requested and insurance covered his visit--despite nothing substantially different happening during our two appointments. We will be looking for another health care provider.
