Nile (apologies if I mispelled!) Was great at pick up. He was kind and got me in and out so quickly!
I highly recommend this location if convenient for anyone looking to rent a car in the central jersey region.

The branch did a good job, their telephone people aren't very good..messed up on location, but the staff was very accommodating and got me a car

The team here was so helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure renting from them. The location is convenient and the car was in good condition and clean.

Requested a pick up from Hyatt hotel at 9:30 and unfortunately they do not come on time .
The person who answers the phone was not friendly also . I always used to deal with enterprise because they are friendly small enterprise business but recently I didnt feel the same . Tamara shaker

We were offered a rental car by the driver's insurance company who hit our car. Eric and the other folks I dealt with were just fabulous and I made it to work without being late! Check out was just as easy. Just a great experience!
On 9/10/23 we were at a stoplight and rear-ended by a texting driver at 50 MPH. Once again we found ourselves on the doorstep of Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Alexander Street and Faculty Road in Princeton.
Brett, Moe and Laura were the so incredibly efficient, gracious and informative. What a wonderful group of folks - our Family is so grateful to their care!
