Sargent & Associates American Family Insurance has not only met but exceeded my expectations with their exceptional customer service. Their prompt and thoughtful responses to e-mails, coupled with comprehensive guidance through the claims process after a hailstorm in 2022, have been outstanding. Surprisingly, the claim process was easy and quick, with payment coming to me/my servicer without a hassle (something Ive always read online was an issue with a lot of insurance companies).
Nonetheless, a special shout out to Logan, who has particularly stood out for his deep understanding of insurance processes and his empathetic approach to my changing financial situationwhich he was honest and supportive of the modifications I needed to make this month! I was originally nervous to talk to them about it, but there was no judgment felt! I am immensely grateful for the care and dedication shown by them and it makes me proud to be associated with such a great company. If youre in the area and looking, you cant go wrong by picking them as your servicer!
