Zero stars. Used the app to get $3 discount for order more than $15 only to find out it was not changed correctly. The MANAGER told us either to get out and drive back through the drive through and place the order again or paid extra. We ask why we need to drive out to fix the problem and our order got canceled and NO money was refunded back to the credit card. What kind of person would do such a thing? Cancel order and keep the credit card charges and lie to customers. Disgrace in the service industry.
04/17/22 update. Still no refund and spoke to someone in store. They refused to let the MANAGER apologize for treating us badly.

This Denny's was amazing. Not only were the ladies in their doing their thing but so was the manager! I love to see a manager involved with what is going on with their employees. One of the young ladies was serving the food when a plate of pancakes fell to the floor! The manager came out and first thing she asked was everyone okay. Then proceeded to the back and while one of the ladies as cleaning up the mess and the other continued serving her other tables. The manager then came out with some pancakes. Filled up their cups and ours as well since we were right next to them. I absolutely love seeing team work like this and the night crew has it!! Keep up the good work ladies and don't let no one get you down!!.

I've stopped by this place a few times, as a convenient location after driving for a few hours through the desert, from California into Nevada.... However, not a single time have we had courteous or friendly staff. Most of the time Nevada has very pleasant people at fastfood restaurant, so as convenient as it might be, I will be stopping a few miles past that from now on.

Drive thru was horrible. Was told to pull up and have order brought to us. Multiple cars behind us drove past with their orders and when we asked an employee about our order he said that they didn't believe us that we hadn't received our order yet! Finally after 10 min they brought it out. It was missing an item but we were already on our way on the freeway. They need more workers during busy breakfast hours.

Every time I go into a McDonald's lately I swear never again. Massive line, people dumbfounded by the screens, couple in front of me took over 6 minutes trying to order two small coffees and then gave up anyway and waited in the line for the single cashier. Might be less awful if you use the app on your phone. Seemed like it desperately needed more staff, and that they would be printing money if they moved people through faster. Crowded, slow, noisy, unpleasant.
