Buying a lot here to build on. We were drawn by the blending of neighborhoods with nature. Homes are interspersed among native vegetation and wildlife while close to shopping and dining in both Prescott and Prescott Valley. Everyone we've spoken with has been friendly. (We may be from out of state, but we promise we'll be good neighbors!)
