After waiting over 30 minutes without even having my presence acknowledged I just left. There was only 1 person in front of me. The courteous thing to do would be to at least say sorry for the wait. I will be with you shortly. Instead the worker avoided even making eye contact. Every time i come it is at least a 30 minute to an hour wait. This location really needs to take a lesson from the Montgomery location. Very unprofessional and slow!

I visited this Prattville Office Depot location to get labels printed. Katie, a new employee, was very nice and tried to help as much as possible. Her supervisor, Maidlyn, exemplified HORRIBLE customer service-ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!. She did not value any of her customers store experience or time. She left Katie numerous of times without no clear instructions and to do task that she had not yet received training on. Even after this was expressed. Maidlyn continued to show a lack of customer service. I ended up waiting over an hour for my printed labels. And to top it off I was warned upon my entrance of the store from a leaving customer.

Very bad experience at this location. I came to this location to get something very simple printed. Katie was very nice about helping me, but she was a new employee in training. Maidlyn the supervisor on duty left her to suffer at the printing station alone. The wait time was ridiculous about a hour, all to get one thing printed. I received an unprofessional experience, Maidlyn did not value our time or her customers. On the way into the store I received a warning from another customer of the ridiculous customer service. He warned me, but I trusted this location enough to provide me with an exceptional customer experience.
