Very unprofessional. Had a scheduled appointment made a week in advanced between 1-3:00. to address my cracked bay window. They never showed up or bothered to call. I called Binswanger only to be told they got tied up on their last job. Would I like to reschedule for 2 weeks later.

I went in to see if I could get the glass replaced for a window frame. They took 2 weeks to get back to me about a quote and told me they couldn't guarantee it because there was damage to the frame. I told them I'd find someone to repair the frame and get back to them. A couple of days later I called to let them know I found someone to repair the frame and they had thrown the whole window out. Now I'm out the entire window and I didn't even receive a courtesy call about them throwing it out.
