My first experience with Randy was after I bought my house and Idjust switched my car over to them. I had a situation that could've been bad but based on his recommendations and linking me up with a really good honest plumber, I got everything repaired and made a great connection for a wonderful honest plumber and save myself the hassle of having to file a claim. So far Randy is awesome and so is Angie. I think I'll be here for a while.I ended up leaving because of a huge rate hike, they messed up my file a few times, lost a check and asked me to resubmit stuff a few times. I left farmers after about a year.

I'm an hairstylist/ today I mentioned to a new client of mine I was in search of auto insurance& she referred me to them.I took a chance and called even though because of my sinus issues& voice very hoarse for a few days Hannah was very patient with me over the phone.She patiently listened& took down all of my information& gave me quotes& also sent them to my email.Indeed after getting off of work I called to let Hannah know I was in route.Hannah You Rock 100% Satisfaction To Your New Client!!!!!

Would not recommend. They under quote necessary fundamentals of your home owners insurance to get you a low price that would work against you in the future should something significant ever happen to your home (Yes, I just complained about being too cheap). They will DENY NECESSARY claims, but will still report these on public record as LOSSES, which then in turn will affect your ability to obtain fair pricing from other insurance providers.
I had a 19 year old roof that MULTIPLE independent contractors and roofers inspected and discovered/concluded MANY deficiencies and issues and recommended immediate need to replace, only to have the claim denied by Farmers...
The office is not helpful and does not communicate well with things affecting policy, renewals, let alone discrepancies on the account such as false 'losses'. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with the main customer service line getting the run around, then eventually transferred over to the local agent, about how no one can provide a Letter of Experience (LOE) because coincidentally when I ask for it, not one person in the ENTIRE company has access to this information.
I might be the only guy in my entire neighborhood that has Farmers, and all my neighbors that I've talked to about home owners insurance look at me with fear when I say I have Farmers and recommend changing. So this is my recommendation to anyone reading; Move on and find someone outside of this office and company.
